Workspace

Workspace (in the sidebar’s Automation section) is a file browser for your employees’ dedicated workspaces: “Browse and manage your employee’s files.”

What you see

• An Employee workspace selector: pick one employee, or All employees to see the account root with each employee as a folder.
• An account storage bar showing your plan’s allowance, how much is used (with a per-employee breakdown), and the color shifting from purple to yellow to red as it fills.
• A breadcrumb file browser with a filter box.

Typical actions

• Open an employee folder and browse, open, and edit its files.
• Create new folders and files with New Folder and New File: these need an employee with a running workspace; otherwise the buttons are disabled with a hint.
• Check the storage bar to see who is using the allowance.
