Contacts
Contacts is “one directory for WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, Discord, email, and future channels.” Records are private to your workspace.
What you see
- A searchable list on the left and a contact editor on the right: name, company, job title, personal and professional emails and phones, WhatsApp number, relationship, notes, plus channel identities (Slack, Teams, Discord IDs) that let each channel resolve the same person.
- Relationship fields: importance (0–5), communication preferences, and Relationship memory: context about why the person matters, which you can correct or delete.
- An Allow automatic replies switch controlling whether the contact is on the WhatsApp allowlist for automatic replies.
Typical actions
- Add or edit a contact, or import a batch from a
.vcfor.csvfile. - Connect Google Contacts and sync it into the directory.
- Email or message a contact directly through a connected channel and employee: external sends may wait for your approval.
