Skill controls are being reworked. A page at /skills in the dashboard shows switches for capabilities like web search, code execution, and file operations, but those switches are not enforced yet: an employee’s actual access is governed by its tool policy, not by this page. Do not rely on the /skills switches to restrict or grant an employee’s abilities.
Per-employee skill controls are planned as part of the employee settings, where a skill change will update what that employee can actually do. Until that ships, use the employee’s type and plan as the guide to its capabilities, and ask support before assuming a capability is disabled.
