Organization is the overview of your AI workforce: “employees, roles, team health, and coordination.” It appears once a second employee joins your team. Every employee runs on their own dedicated workspace with an isolated persona, tool set, channels, and memory.

What you see

• Suggested next roles: who to hire next based on your current team, each with a one-click Hire button.
• KPI cards (Employees, Ready (healthy employees), Tokens this month, and Pending approvals) that double as directory filters.
• An Organization map: drag an employee onto another to change who they report to.
• Aggregated team health (employee, workspace, tool, and channel status in one view) and a Role ownership map of what each employee owns.

Typical actions

• Hire a new employee with Hire employee, optionally starting from a suggested role.
• Restructure reporting lines by dragging on the org map.
• Scan team health for employees or channels that need attention.
